Lee Chen: Chief Administration Officer

Lee Chen is currently serving as Chief Administration Officer at AAXIS Group, a boutique software integration and services company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.

Prior to AAXIS Group, Lee was the Director heading the EDS Global Development Center in China with  staff size of around 500.  Lee joined EDS at the EDS acquisition of MphasiS.  At EDS, Lee participated in the setup of the Shanghai development center and replicated the setup to Wuhan Development Center.  Lee started up major international clients from US and Asia in banking & insurance, transportation / airlines, and automobile manufacturing to China.

Prior to EDS, Lee was a founding member and EVP at MphasiS.  MphasiS provides offshore software and business process outsourcing services from India, China and Mexico.  Lee was responsible for major financial service clients with offshore teams in India and China, business for the Japan / China region, and startup and management of the China development center.

Prior to MphasiS, Lee spent 12 years at Citigroup Development Center in various technical and business management positions.  Lee’s last responsibility at Citigroup was a multi-channel unit spanned over US and Asia which created the Citibank internet banking platform.  This platform was piloted in Singapore and deployed in over 30 countries. Lee has a MS degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering at University of California, Irvine.
