ARthur R. Flew, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, AAXIS Group / Board Supervisor, AAXIS Software (Chengdu) Co. Ltd

Mr. Flew is semi-retired in California after a distinguished 36 years in various executive roles in business, Mr. Flew is currently serving as EVP & COO of AAXIS Group, a boutique software integration and services company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. He has been busy setting up an offshore software services company in Chengdu, China for AAXIS, which has just recently gone live and which is expected to grow significantly over the next 12 to 18 months.

Prior to this, Mr. Flew was serving as CEO of KARVY Global Services in Hyderabad, India; focusing on the services side and globalization of the business. KARVY is arguably the largest broker, the second largest depository, the largest registrar, and the fourth largest Investment Bank in India.

Mr. Flew was one of the original investors and founders of MphasiS and MsourcE; Companies that provided offshore software and business process outsourcing services from India, China and Mexico. From its inception in 1998, these companies grew to over 15,000 staff in 8 years. These combined companies were sold to EDS in the end of 2006.

Prior to this, Mr. Flew spent 20 years with CitiGroup in various management positions. He served as Global Head of Technology, Operations, Control and Logistics for The Citibank Private Bank out of Zurich, Switzerland, as well as SCOO for Switzerland, Head of International Fund Operations and Technology out of Luxembourg and Head of Operations and Technology for the International Trust Companies. He managed operations in many international centers including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, London, New York, Milan, Madrid, Luxembourg, Jersey, Bahamas, Cayman, Paris, etc. His last few years at Citi were as Executive Vice President for Global Product Development and Technology for Diners Club International.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Mr. Flew currently serves on several Boards and Advisory Boards.
