The client is a large financial institute providing commercial and home mortgage loan services both to individuals as well as other businesses across the United States.

Issues

The company's Vendor Integration Platform, which was used to order title, appraisal, and valuation documents, was unable to handle the increased business volumes. As a direct result the company was unable to close loan applications on time resulting in a significant loss of revenue.

Approach
